Are you confused by an overload of health and nutrition information?

Do the stresses and demands of your life make it difficult to eat healthy and stay healthy?

Do you have special nutritional needs in your life that baffle and confuse you?

Sheila Wolfson provides Nutrition and Health Counseling to:
  • Create optimal health and vitality
  • Reduce risk of disease
  • Repair and rehabilitate in cases of chronic and acute health problems
    • Gastrointestinal problems
    • Cancer
    • Heart disease
    • Diabetes
    • Food allergies
    • Chronic fatigue
    • Candida
  • Manage weight issues ( including eating disorders )
  • Boost the immune system
  • Manage health & nutrition throughout the lifecycle

How does the nutrition counseling process work?

  • Your first nutritional consultation includes a thorough assessment and individualized recommendations.  Follow-up sessions refine the recommendations and the process based on individual needs.
  • Each session includes practical skills to facilitate changes in your eating style and lifestyle.
  • Having an experienced and caring counselor ensures that your nutritional and health needs are met, and that you feel comfortable with the process.

Clients learn to set and clarify goals, plan and implement health strategies and modify their behavior. Relaxation, meditation and other approaches may be used to help alleviate stress and deal with other underlining issues which may be compromising your life and health. Step-by-step instructions are given,  food choices and recipes are suggested, and tips for meal planning, shopping and eating out are provided so that clients can easily learn to enjoy food, increase their health and vitality, and get the maximum benefits from their medical treatment.
What and how we eat are often metaphors for how we live our lives and care for ourselves.  We eat several times a day.  When we choose well, caring for ourselves and families, we are affirming life!     Let me help you choose life!
